BOOKING & TRAINING POLICY By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking & Training Policy and the full Terms & Conditions of Cheshire Aesthetics Academy. Bookings & Payments A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure a training date. Training dates are non-transferable and non-changeable. Failure to attend will result in loss of all fees paid. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the training day unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations & Changes We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training dates due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, venue issues, or insufficient student numbers. In such cases, students will be offered an alternative training date or a refund of fees paid (excluding the booking fee). We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings. Course Eligibility & Certification It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet course entry requirements and that certification meets their insurer’s or employer’s requirements. All courses are competency-based, and certification is issued only when the required standards are met. Additional training may be required at extra cost. Conduct & Practical Training Students must attend on time, remain for the full course, and behave professionally. Unsafe or unprofessional behaviour may result in removal from training without refund. Live model training may be included and must be carried out under trainer instruction.
